Alaska red light tickets are sent in place to avoid dangerous
situations at intersections. More accidents happen in intersections
than in any other places on the road. Unfortunately, many of these
accidents are fatal.
Although all drivers have the duty to stop if there is another vehicle
in their path, if you run a red light, there may not be enough time for
cars coming in the other direction to stop. When you are T-boned, there
is a higher possibility of injury, especially to passengers. In
addition, if a car has to stop on green, cars following the lead
vehicle may not stop in time, pushing more and more vehicles into the
intersection. When there is an intersection accident, there are usually
multiple vehicles involved.
